MANITOU ASIA Pte Ltd achieved Singapore SME 500 status Again!
MANITOU ASIA Pte Ltd has recently been ranked in the 20th "Singapore 1000 & SME 500" rankings after passing the Information Collation Exercise organized by DP Information Group and co-produced with Ernst & Young and supported by SPRING Singapore, IE Singapore and The Business Times.

MRT 3050 Ever higher, still as multi-purpose and all-terrain This new model extends the MRT (MANITOU Rotating Telescopic) range, which now offers lift heights from 14 to 30 metres. With this new model, capable of lifting 5 tonnes with a forks application, MANITOU offer their customers a multipurpose machine which exhibits true all-terrain performance. EVEN GREATER OPERATOR SAFETY Like the rest of the MRT range the 3050 is equipped with a Rated Capacity Indicator (RCI). Complying with all the standards currently in force, it prevents the operator overloading the machine and its associated equipment. ON-ROAD AND IN-CAB COMFORT By stabilising the machine, the hydro-pneumatic suspension offers operators truly comfortable driving conditions when travelling on the road at high speed. On site this 4-jack system also ensures that the chassis is horizontal.
Aware of the requirements placed on those working in the construction sector, MANITOU also offers a cab which is equipped with two joysticks providing quick, precise and progressive operation, whilst still retaining the ability to carry out simultaneous movements.
PENTAGONAL 5-COMPONENT TELESCOPIC BOOM
This technical innovation not only allows the various elements of the telescopic arm to be centred relative to each other, thus facilitating skid-locking and improving access to chain tensioners, but also increases the rigidity of the arm assembly even when fully deployed horizontally. This specific shape results in a high degree of precision for the user and complete control of movement during operation.
APPLICATIONS: 3 IN 1
When equipped with a winch or a jib-winch, the MRT becomes a crane.
Fitted with forks, the machine can be used for all types of handling operations required on handling sites.
When fitted with a platform, the MRT 3050 can be used for lifting personnel. It can reach a working height of over 40 metres thanks to its hanging 3D platform.

THE RCI IN DETAIL
An in–cab display provides the operator with information on the load on the accessories and also gives the maximum load for the position that the machine is in. In addition, a lengthsensor located on each stabiliser provides precise information on their positions. A powerful computer built into the RCI constructs the corresponding curve for each of these positions, thus optimising maximum capacity, irrespective of constraints imposed by the site.SPEED AND PRECISION
Saving time in everyday use MANITOU has decided to offer 2 independent circuits composed of one variable flow piston pump for all fork movements, and a fully independent pump to carry out stabilisation, suspension and tilt compensation functions.During operations on confined sites, operators will appreciate the precision of movement provided by the hydro-static transmission, coupled with a « Powershift » box for moving through the ratios under load, and all without stopping the machine.
3 in 1
Depending on the accessories fitted at the fork-end, the MRT can act as handling machinery, a lift platform or crane. The “radio-control” option allows work to be carried out in complete safety at heights of up to 30 metes.
